I thought was for 26m, wow , this is roughly 160, 000 USD, with this amount of cash I can buy a brand new house in most states in the USA, this is an example of price exaggeration taking place in Tanzania, a poor country with most people can't even afford their daily meals, where does and who has this kind of cash sitting on their ass, with the combination of poor infrastructure, lack of steady utilities, lack of safety (majambazi nje nje), diseases and alike, it does click into my very senses for someone to ask this amount of cash for this dilapidated unit
