Mkuu wa mkoa wa Ruvuma,Mh. Said Mwambungu ambaye pia ni mwenyekiti wa kamati ya ulinzi na usalama wa mkoa huo akizungumza wakati wa kikao kati yake na wazee wa wilaya ya Songea wenye lengo la kumaliza mauaji ya watu wasiokuwa na hatia yanayofanywa na watu wasiojulikana katika mji huo wa Songea.
Kamanda wa Polisi mkoa wa Ruvuma,Kamishina Msaidizi Mwanadamizi,Michael Kamuhanda akijibu maswali kutoka kwa waandishi wa habari wa mkoa huo waliotaka kujua hali ilivyo hivi sasa katika mji wa Songea baada ya kutokea maandamano yaliyosababisha vifo vya watu wawili na watu kadhaa kujeruhiwa na polisi.
Baadhi ya Wazee wa Wilaya ya Songea wakimsikiliza mkuu wa mkoa wa Ruvuma,Mh. Said Mwambungu (hayupo pichani) wakati wa kikao kati yao na serikali ya mkoa huo kutafuta namna ya kuurejesha mji wa Songea katika hali yake ya kawaidia kutokana na vurugu zilizotokea hivi karibuni kati ya polisi na wakazi wa mji huo.
In a real sense,the Regional Commissioner of Ruvuma has proven an acute failure in handling the matter(though he can not realize this truth).The matter of innocent citizens killings by both the unidentified group of criminals and the police force where to be dealt before the citizens demonstrations and the regional security council finding the viable solution with elderly group respectively.
ReplyDeleteTo my surprise the RC is now calling the elderly of the region for mutual consensus,the idea and action which is illogical in minds of the intellectuals.
Advice: In future incidents of the same scope,the leaders should act proactively before further damages and peace distraction in the regions of conflicts of this nature and magnitude.
Whenever a leader has a muslim name, he is a failure. I remember somewhere there was this student who had a christian name and the guy who was handling student issues was helping him a lot until one day the student told the guy that I will come back after friday prayers, he was shocked to be told although he had a christian name, he was a muslim and from that day he stopped being nice to him. The student knew from stories of his fellow muslims the way they were treated in that office, except him he was getting better treatment than his fellow muslims, but they told him not to change his name to see what is happening. @Wote, "we all one people"; Tanzanians , please get back to your roots to cherish love, unity, and respect. Killings and access use of forces are signs of moving backward! Listening to your neighbors issues and problems and reach out the consensus that intent to build and not to destroy your lives.

(1).Who is happy for those two types of killings happened?And who feels the pinch?
(2).Who feels happy and relaxed when his/her blood hood member gets killed in incidents as were in the region?
(3)What are the functions and roles of the region security council under the chairmanship of the RC?
(4)Who to blame when such killings happen anywhere in a defined geographic locations with leaders vested with authority and power to secure the public?
