Hivi hawa TBS na SUMATRA wako wapi? Kwa nini mabasi ya siku hizi yanazibwa na bati mpakakule nyuma ambako zamani ndio kulikuwa na ile "Imejensi Doo?"
ReplyDeleteUnajua zile imejensi doo zinavyotengenezwa ni kwamba basi likipinduka ni lazima huo mlando wa dharura unafunguka wenyewe tu hivyo kusaidia watu kutoka kwa urahisi kwa kwenda nyuma badala ya kujitahidi kupanda juu kama basi limelalia upande mmoja.
Naamini ile ajali ya basi Singida lililounguza watu wengi sababu kubwa ilikuwa kukosekana kwa hiyo doo, ambapo watu waliokuwa na maumivu/majeraha hawakuwa na nguvu za kuweza kupanda mpaka juu madirishani, hivyo wakafia humo masikini!
Naamini ungekuwepo mlango wa dharura kwa nyuma wengi wangeokoka kupitia huko!

these days windows are breakable and could be used as exit doors in times of emergencies. that is why its no longer necessary to have it at the back of the bus. perez tembea uone
ReplyDeleteAnony wa July 4, 1:25pm nimekuelewa, lakini kimsingi hiyo breakability ya hayo madirisha bado haisaidii kwa issue niliyokuwa najaribu kui-put forward.
ReplyDeleteNilichokuwa nazungumzia ni urahisi wa aliyepata ajali wa kuweza kutoka nje au hata watu kuingia ndani na kumsaidia.
Basi likipinduka, katika kule kubingirika lazima kuna mbao watakuwa wamevunjika au kuteguka vitu kama mikono, miguu au hata viuno-viungo ambavyo ni muhimu sana katika kuji-support kuweza kupanda sehemu ya juu.
Imagine basi limepinduka na kulalia upande wa mlango wa kutokea abiria, mtu aliejeruhiwa itakuwa ni rahisi kwake ku-crawl horizontally kwenda kutoka nyuma, kuliko kupanda juu vertically huku akiwa amevunjika viungo kwa mfano. Kwa sababu kupanda juu kunahitaji nguvu nyingi zaidi kujisupport kuliko nguvu utakazo tumia just ku-crawl towords the back of the bus.
Utasema kioo cha mbele pia ni breakable, sawa, Lakini tuchukue mfano wa ajali ile ya singida hivi karibuni ambapo mbele kwenye injini kuliwaka moto kwa hiyo majeruhi wasingeweza ku-crawl towards windscreen kwa sababu kuna moto, na vile vile hawakuwa na nguvu za kujisapoti kuweza kupanda juu ili watokee madisha yaliyokuwa upande wa juu wakati huo.
Naamini kama kungekuwa na imejensi doo upande wa nyuma wangeweza kujivuta kwenda nyuma, kujivuta amabkao hakuhitaji nguvu nyingi sana ukilinganisha na kujinyanyua kuelekea juu.

ReplyDeletePerez, what you described is one of a million possibilities of how a bus can get into an accident. Should they have solutions to all the ways one can think of on a possible accident? Do statistics say that more people have perished because of lack of an emergency door at the back (who where not able to get up vertically and on a bus that on fire in the front? The reason I said tembea uone is because nowhere else in the developed world uses that kind of emergency exits. Actually the glasses are not only breakable but they can easily be unhooked

ReplyDeleteI think let me end up there just because I have not done a research as you have said.
Depite the fact that in many countries that is the trend, but I believe that we are not supposed to copy each and everything blindly just because it is done in the developed world.
I believe that the prevailing conditions in a particular country have to be taken into consideration too.
The conditions of our roads is not definately the same as of those countries you are talking about, and therefore consequently the type of accidents occuring in these two different scenarios may definately differ.
