USPORT is designed to provide youth sports programs in all regions of mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar. All sports development depends on a broad youth sports program that builds a sports culture and cultivates and identifies future champions while building community infrastructure for all. USPORT will build this fundamental sports infrastructure by strengthening existing programs and focusing on the Tanzanian school system.
USPORT will train coaches, referees, recreation league managers, tournament and game day supervisors, as well as sports mentors/teachers to present “Time Out” sessions through a program hosted in the U.S.
All youth will take “Time Out” sessions on leadership, tolerance and conflict resolution, sportsmanship and character development, health and HIV/AIDS education, and community service.

ReplyDeleteWho are LZ enterprise?
ReplyDeleteFrom what I understand they have had a sports meeting in Dar in 2005, then took the white caps to Tanzania when they had won promotion to MLS not even MLS at time, then Tanzania government gave them $2.5 million to develop sports...
How is this possible? What have they done?
I played college soccer for Penn State USA, I will develop sports for $500,000 saving $2 million
Someone help, is Tanzania just throwing money away?....
