The International Project Management and Professional Communication Workshop focuses on Project Management and Monitoring, including Team Building and Leadership. It is especially designed for managers of developing country projects and for persons responsible for implementing such projects. Introductory knowledge of, or experience in, project analysis would be helpful but is not required.

This workshop will show participants how to improve preparation and management of projects. International Participants will explore the processes of managing a project in its environment (project's ecosystem), learn how to enhance successes and overcome problems. The availability of seats and scholarships are very competitive and they are given on first-come first-served basis, i.e., the early the applications are considered and given first priority. Applicants from the developing countries, women and junior officials are encouraged to apply.
