Dr Shayo nafikiri unataka kuwaumiza vichwa wale wote ambao wanataka kujiandaa kuwania uongozi uchaguzi ujao. Haya ni maswali ya msingi ambayo kila anayetaka kuwa kiongozi hapa Tanzania angalau awe na majibu au mtazamo wa kuwa na majibu.
ReplyDeleteNinaamini kabisa endapo kila anayetaka kuwa kiongozi atakuwa na uelewa wa ni kwa namna gani watawezesha kupata suluhisho la mambo uliyoyataja, basi kweli tutakuwa tumepiga hatua.
Hivyo basi nafikiri ni CCM tu ndiyo kwa sasa inaweza ikatoa majibu.
Chadema bado, kwani wanahitaji kujiimarisha, na wanahitaji muda. Haya ni mawazo kutokana na uelewa wangu mdogo wa mambo ya siasa hapo nyumbani.
Lakini nashukuru kwa changamoto hii.
Mimi ninaiona kama "take home assignment" nikikumbuka DS 100 kule mlimani chuo kikuu miaka hiyo kwa wale wanaotaka uongozi hapo bongo

Nafikiri ni CCM au Chadema ndvyo vyama pekee angalau kidogo vinamwelekeo wa kuweza kuwatoa majibu sahihi.

Dr. There are other very important questions:
ReplyDelete1.Which party is most likely to divide Tanzania along religious lines?
2.Which party is most likely to divide Tanzania along tribal and regional lines?
3.Which party is most likely to divide the country along socio-economic lines?
The opposition has done a good job to highlight 'ufisadi' in CCM. But not good enough and we would not know enough without support of key CCM members on this subject.But CCM is the party most likely to divide the country on socio-economic lines and impoversih it if it continues on its ciurrent course.
CHADEMA is the party most likely to divide Tanzania on tribal and regional lines. It has a strong and unashamed Chaga and North Western Tanzania bias.
CUF is the party most likely to divide Tanzania on religious lines.
We are doomed whatever main party we choose it seems.But since CCM is the only party addressing its weakness (UFISADI) while the others are not, our best bet is to suppport the reformers in CCM fighting UFISADI.CUF and CHADEMA are in denial as to their weaknesses (religious sectarianism and triabalism, respectively; just as some sections of CCM still are about ufisadi)and are not addressing them.In this respect CCM has done a poor job in pointing out its opponents' weaknesses- not least perhaps because of its own infighting.
We are doomed as a nation, however, if the anti-FISADI camp in CCM loses the battle to control the party.

Sitta anaandamwa kwa kushikia kidede suala la UFISADI. Kwahiyo ndugu hizo ni jitihada za watu binafsi ndani ya CCM kupambana na ufisadi, sio chama. Tofauti na CHADEMA ambapo kupinga ufisadi ni ajenga ya chama, sio mtu binafsi.
