  3. As far as you possibly can, drink water at ROOM TEMPERATURE. Avoid water which is too cold. Hot water is okay, but it shouldn't be too hot (siyo moto ya kukuunguza).

    soda hizo noma kama unaweza usinywe kabisa au once a while kama hamna 100% juice au maji karibu.

    kitu kingine avoind kunywa maji wakati unakula chakula sio vizuri.kunywa maji nusu saa baada ya kula chakula kama huwezi kunywa maji kidogo sana.
