ReplyDeleteTatizo ni polisi/sheria kuto kuwa na utashi/vipengele vya kutokomeza tatizo la madereva wakorofi. Nyang'anya leseni na fungia kutoendesha kwa miaka miwili, toza faini 200, 000 tu kwa kosa, hakuna atakaye chezea sheria kiasi hicho!
Madereva wa dala dala ni wapuuzi tu.

ReplyDeleteMadereva daladala Tanzania wakorofi, Madereva wa Matatu Kenya wahuni, Taxidrivers in South AFrica very rough. Ukienda Zambia kuna Town buses driver hovyo hovyo. Yaounde Cameroon mabasi namtaxis zote ziko dented shauri ya udereva wa kihuni. Africa yote haswa South of the Sahara ni ubabe ubabe tu.
ReplyDeleteNakubaliana nawe kabisa. Uzembe na ukorofi wa madereva hawa unasababishwa na ubutu wa adhabu au utekelezaji wa sheria za usalama barabarani. Kwa mfano nakumbuka niliwahi kukaa hostel moja ambayo mkataba wake ulisema, ukipoteza ufunguo na kusababisha kitasa kubadilishwa unatozwa faini/fidia ya shilingi 400,000 hivi (ilikuwa nje ya nchi nikimaanisha Euro 200). Hivyo, mtu yeyote atakuwa makini zaidi akijua kuna mzigo mzito ambao kuubeba ni ngumu endapo atazembea na kupoteza ufunguo. Nashangaa hata wamiliki wa mabasi walikuwa wanabishana na SUMATRA ilipopandisha faini, eti kwa kudai ni kubwa mno. Kwani kunaulazima wa kufanya kosa? Halafu SUMATRA nao eti wanakaa meza moja kujadili na watu kama hao wenye hoja dhaifu, hii kweli Tanzania.
