The Institute for Information Technology (IIT) will hold its 12th graduation ceremony on Saturday 15th May 2010 at 10.30am at the NSSF Water Front Hall in Dar es Salaam.
His Excellency Ali Hassan Mwinyi, former President of Tanzania, will be the Guest of Honour.
A total of 150 graduands will receive degrees and diplomas as follows:
• 15 graduands will receive the BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies.
• 50 graduands will be awarded the BSc (Hons) Degree in Business Information Technology or Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business Information Technology.
• 85 graduands will receive the International Diploma and Advanced Diploma in either Computer Studies or Business.
The BA (Hons) and BSc (Hons) Degrees are from the University of Greenwich while the Postgraduate Diploma is from the university of Portsmouth.
The International Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies as well as in Business are awarded by the National Computing Centre (NCC) of the United Kingdom.
