JERSEY 254 AND THE GREATER EAST COAST KENYAN COMMUNITY

Every summer, a group of promoters and DJ's - Jersey254, come together to organize the ultimate summer get together in the United States. The widely publicized event often hosts a slew of artists and DJ's from Kenya and the United States and is climaxed by the unique Streetbash held in Paterson, New Jersey.

Event organizers Umoja Entertainment & Sambaza Inc, teamed up with the vivacious Jersey dj duo- Kabugi the DJ and Vj One to form the formidable Jersey 254. The group has set the bench mark in delivering excellent entertainment by securing the most demanded talent and using the most exquisite venues New Jersey has to offer.

Furthermore, in conjunction with powerhouse DJ's and promoters in the U.S., Jersey 254 aggressively promotes the annual event every July 4th weekend - which critics admit is the most successful and entertaining social gathering in the United States. Everything from face painters, bouncing castles, food and merchandise vendors to LIVE concerts and DJ shows are common.
