Tiscan FC emerged the winners of the “5 DAYS TO SOUTH AFRICA” football bonanza that took place at TCC Club Chang’ombe Dar es salaam on 6th June, 2010 after beating Coca Cola in a breathtaking final that clkimaxed on penalties after extra time.

The tournament was organized by Popular Sports and Entertainment Tanzania and Sponsored by South Africa High Commission, Coca Cola and Population Services International to celebrate five days to the FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa and was a huge success.

As we all know this will be the first FIFA World Cup in African soil therefore we all join to support our African friends for this historical event in our beloved continent. A total of 17 teams from different companies and Institutions participated in the one day event. Third place was taken by PSI after defeating NEVADA also on penalties.

Tiscan played some breathtaking football at times had also won “the player of the tournament award” and “the goalkeeper of the tournament” award all the two awards going to their goal keeper, Othman.
