Irene was honoured with a coin of excellence from the US ambassador Alfonso Lenhard along with Joyce Kemubaro-Omuteku CEO of a micro finance insurance firm, Mary Davis Holt and Jill Flynn leadership consultants and managing partners of Flynn. Heath. Holt and executive US based consultancy firm and I, Managing Director of Frontline Porter Novelli a Tanzanian PR firm now partners with global PR giant Porter Novelli.

This took place at a conference to promote awareness on Women in Leadership and how they can influence positive change in the society at the US Embassy in Dar es Salaam on Friday last
