National Housing Corporation sponsors ALAT AGM

NHC Director General, Mr. Nehemiah Mchechu presenting the Corporation’s five year strategic plan to the members of the 27^th ALAT Annual Assembly at Kunduchi Beach Hotel, Dar es salaam over the weekend. He stressed the importance of a good relationship and assistance from the Local Authorities to ensure the achievements of NHC’s set goals for 2010/2011- 2014/2015, which includes the provision and/or facilitation of the acquisition of prime lands in different regions for NHC’s upcoming projects.

ALAT representatives from Mtwara region presenting their requests for NHC projects in their region, as they visited the Corporation’s booth hosted by Ms. Mariam Ndabagenga, NHC Marketing Officer. The Corporation received over twelve requests for land acquisitions in different regions, new towns and districts, like Kibaha, Mtwara, Ruvuma, Geita, Babati …just to mention a few. All these requests are been worked upon.
