Many researchers come to an almost philosophical agreement that it is a human nature to consistently criticize each other, especially when some of our actions are perceived in negative connotations. On the other hand, some of us enjoy the exuberance of finger pointing and rarely credit ordinary people who perform extraordinary actions.
Probably, some of you have started questioning the chemistry behind the premises of my segment. I have been living in Washington DC metro for quit some time. As we all still remember, our city and her surrounding suburbs were recently clouded by sadness of traumatic back-to-back
losses of our two loving sisters and brother (RIP). We were all shocked and traumatized by the terrible grief and sorrow. The moment of discombobulation tested the cornerstone of our brotherhood. While trying to comprehend the incomprehensible, I became skeptical on our financial ability to either transport our two fallen sisters back home, or cover funeral expenses for our brother whose loved ones, voluntarily, chose to bury his body in Maryland.(your decision is honored). May be I was naive before
my skepticism was proven wrong.
I commend all Tanzanians residing in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) for your moral and material support that made all things possible. No one will ever forget the kindness, emotions, generosity, and spirit of solidarity you have demonstrated. I also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Tanzanian ambassador to the US, her excellence Mwanaidi Maajar. We are so thankful for having you, and we are looking forward to advancing the Tanzanian community in DMV to the next
level.
We can all agree, in regular basis, that there are key players who deserve more credit than the rest of us in our community, so I would like to highlight DJ Luke Joe's name as a good example of people who have stood behind what they believe in assisting others since the middle stone age of text messaging to the new era of Vijimambo blog.
To my opinion, he is a hero of our generation who deserve public recognition. As some of us know, this “dude” is a full time employee, an entertainer, and blogger. He is so brilliant to spend most of his overnight time working tirelessly uploading our pictures and videos to his blog, free of charge. We have been enjoying using his blog to convey our messages to our friends and families for free on so many occasions without any objection, nagging, or complaining.

As that was not enough, in the forefront and behind the scene, DJ Luke Joe is someone who can only play his magical music that touches everyone to dance even some of us, including myself, who sometimes need to be jump-started. Ironically, he is the true community organizer and an inborn leader to rely on.
DJ Luke Joe is an individual resilient to a modern mans' stumbling blocks, while all while, never failing to stop and reach out to those who stumble. To my opinion, that is nothing, but HEROISM
God bless Tanzania.
