One can buy 3 very good houses in excellent locations in Germany where I live for that money. Why; if one has that money buy where security is not a certainty, you have to live behind grills with dogs, alarms and watchmen, and the house is ugly as it is? Why you didn't value the property in Tsh which is a local curency? Is it real worth $2 million!? Do you know that is a whole budget for one of ministry in Tanzania for 1 year? I'm worrying that you mis-typed your price! Good luck if you can sale for such price!
ReplyDeleteGovement needs to intervene in order to avoid inflation. E.g by doing price check. There should be standards on how much house costs based on location, size etc. House should be human right, therefore the price should be reasonable
