Hon. Stephen J. Masele ( MP ), Deputy Minister for Energy and Minerals of the United Republic of Tanzania at the 20th African Mining Indaba held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre ( CTICC )
The Deputy Minister has had different bilateral meetings with the mining companies as well as counterparts from different countries such as the Republic of the Sudan , the Republic of Kenya etc. He also did a presentation that highlighted among others, conducive investment environment in the mineral sector, geological infrastructure, mineral licencing, future of the mineral sector etc.
The Deputy Minister also met with the leaders of the Tanzanian Association in Cape Town (TAC) and discussed issues pertaining to life and potential contribution of the Tanzanians living in the diaspora. In this context, the Deputy Minister put an emphasis on the importance of observing laws of the land in the pursuit of good life in the dispora.
