Africa's most influential child and now as the worlds youngest movie producer to show her work in a commercial cinema - 12 year old Zuriel Oduwole has started 2015 on a bright note. Colorful Ndani TV [Swahili for Inside], Africa's second largest and Nigeria's biggest web based TV, has launched its 2015 programs, by featuring Zuriel in prime time on its coveted "Spotlight" program.
In the edition, Zuriel talks about her journey, her focus, her experiences after meeting more than 14 Presidents & Prime Ministers, the effect of her Dream Up, Speak Up, Stand Up project, which she has now delivered in Malawi, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ethiopia and Mauritius, and her new documentary titled A Promising Africa. Focusing first on Nigeria, it premiered in Lagos on November 29th last year, and moved to London in December 2014, with critical reviews already.
A firm believer in the African renaissance and the need to show the world the positive aspects of the continent, her next countries of focus as part of her 'A Promising Africa' documentary series include Tanzania, Ethiopia and South Africa. Zuriel, who is an honorary Ambassador for East Africa's largest women's assist foundation; WAMA, started by the First Lady of Tanzania - H.E Salma Kikwete, is already looking forward to visiting the land of Kilimanjaro. It is a country which is very special to her, and where almost a quarter of her nearly 3000 followers on social media reside.

As a way of recognizing her work in the area of children's education across Africa, a new computer lab was named after her in October 2013, when she visited Tanzania. True to her mission of supporting "everything" education, she used her growing influence to invite Computer Mart, a local Tanzanian PC distributor who partnered with her to donate the schools first brand new computer, 2 days after the opening.
With these new generation of Africans, the continents future is indeed, exceptionally bright !!
