TANZANIA HIGH COMMISSIONER’S SECRETARY IN LONDON WINS UK DIPLOMATIC AWARD

Ms, Rose Kiondo , the Tanzania High Commissioner in UK’s secretary has won a diplomatic award in London in the category of : Overall Best Customer Experience Award in the Professional & Government Services & Utilities Section Out of the 52 High commissions in London and embassies  surveyed, her office was found leading at the forefront of delivering a leading customer experience. 

 The two things that stood out during the deliberations in her case were: 

• Tanzanians/Customers at the Heart 

 • Listening & Responding 

And as a result there has been clear benefits in the Mission in terms of the growth of the relationship between the office of the High Commissioner and the outside world through customer engagement.
