Absolutely RUBBISH VOA Kiswahili!!!! I cannot stress how rubbish this is and we do not need it in Africa! Really, you could not find anything to report that pertains to our culture that would encourage the youth to uplift themselves in areas conducive to their environment and culture in Africa? The presenter can't even pronounce Hollywood or the names of the celebrities. Her articulation is awful. Rubbish! The African continent is so vast with many positive people and community contributors and if you are looking for glamour, report on the countless African designers, musicians, renowned artists, innovators, etc. Really, do Africans / Tanzanians need to know how much Taylor Swift's legs are worth? Show things that are relevant to us. You know what they show about us over there?...Begging, poverty, hunger, killing of Albinos, wars, children with round starving bellies, and general misery. They don't give a toss about Africa or Africans so why do we need to know what colour Kim Kardashian's hair is???? So disappointed in VOA Swahili. You have a platform to encourage knowledge sharing to uplift ourselves as Africans, and all your producers could come up with is this utter and embarrassing rubbish! Get rid of this horrible segment.
