Last  Friday (  May 15) Ambassador Liberata Mulamula delivered  a  Keynote address at the School of Diplomacy's 2015 Graduation Commencement and Hooding Ceremony.

 The event took place at the Seton Hall University in New Jersey City. In her address which was  extremely well received by the audience,   Ambassador  Mulamula, who is also  the School's Board Member of Overseers,  touched upon some challenges facing the  international community at a time where the United Nations Commemorates her 70th  Anniversary of the   adoption of the  Charter
