The United Nations reminds each and everybody of us to observe its Global Road Safety Week which starts on May 7th and ends on May 11th, 2015. The week reminds us to be responsible for our actions while driving on the road. 
It reminds us that road accidents are the number one killer of our children and young people across the world. In Tanzania itself, road accidents have claimed the lives of hundreds of people in the past two months. 
 Drive responsibly and join the United Nations to stop road accidents. Dr. Delois Blakely, also known as Queen Mother who takes on the role of the Goodwill Ambassador to Africa as the Community Mayor of Harlem disseminates this important message to remind us of the United Nations Global Road Safety Week:
