Mkurugenzi Mtendaji wa Makampuni ya Dangote, Alhaj Aliko Dangote (aliyesimama katikati), akizungumza na maofisa kutoka Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu, Wizara ya Mambo y Nje, Viwanda na Biashara na Masoko, Kituo cha Uwekezaji Tanznia (TIC) na taasisi mbalimbali za serikali, walipokutana na Mtendaji huyo mkoani Mtwara jana kujadili kuhusu uzinduzi wa kiwanda hicho kikubwa cha simenti.

the commendable achievement by the richest man in africa and well done TIC to facilitate the massive investment , The TIC plays a very pivotal role in promoting the healthy investment in tanzania and i hope TIC keeps on attracting the investment from the investors all over the world by facilitating the investors .
ReplyDeleteTIC with my past experience has changed the law by scraping off the exemption and reducing the percentage of exemption every year need to be looked at closely , with the recent scrapping off the VAT from the exemption list has made the situation worst with widespread cries for such sudden change which has given investors a very high amount of losses and unexpected and untimely and unplanned expenses to pay the VAT due to the changed law VAT ACT NO 5 of 2014 which does not grandfather vat exemptions which were provided to investors in vat act cap 148 . this has totally affected the investors and has created a disasters and foremost delays or foreclosure . at least they should consider the new applicant with new law rather then punishing the old applicant . i hope the investors does not run away to kigali
