Dear Friends, I great you in the name of God, Two weeks ago on 25th October while i was coming from voting with my 2 girls passing by and greeting neighbors on our street my friend younger sister stopped me and told me some very disturbing news about her Big sister.... she said 'Dada Dorah ....dada Amina anaumwa sana....!!!' and i was like anaumwa nini? expecting her to tell me she has Malaria common decease, and she responded 'sijui ana cancer ya damu' and all over sudden I felt that anger for a second i was like a beast or something, immediately i rushed to her house and found a young lady holding Amina's child her second baby boy Jason Lyall and her other first born was playing outside Fardeen Lyall. I looked at them and I looked at my kids for a moment deep down I felt like I'm dying the pain is unexplainable, I couldn't get inside because they were praying for her so i told them I will come to her later on.
It was my late child Tracey's birthday and Tiffany wanted us to visit her and sing for her, so we went to the cemetery at Kinondoni, while we were there cleaning and Tiffany singing with her sis Nicole my mind was far away thinking about Amina and her 2 Boys, I'm human with sensitive mind and soul so i was just in a deep thoughts of what if Amina won't make it? I prayed to God and asking God that now this Woman needs to survive for his sons they are too young to be without her, then the other voice in my head was saying sisi tupo we will be there to help them kids growing but the facts is some of us we will be there and most of us we are not going to be there fully but may be once in a while when we remember that I had a friend once by this name....... despite everyone has their own problems and issues in their lives but I believe we are here to help one another.
Next day Amina was admitted at Hindu Mandal hospital for blood transfusion two days later she left for further treatment in India. For a week I was scared to communicate with her or asking anything about her condition but only praying for her and the Doctors to be able at least to cure her.
I knew her since 1999, she's kind polite hard-working and smart too. She has been there through my thick and thin, above all she's a strong woman too, I've seen her taking care of her family just like any other human being, she has survived 2 incidents one being mugged by thugs, and a car accident while she was coming from work, she broke her leg stayed home for six months, then she hit the road again she's a fighter who right now she is fighting for her life again and this time she needs our help.
She texted me this morning asking for my help and support, since I can not do this alone I've decided to share this with you my family and friends and help me supporting her so she can continue with this fight for her survival.
Amina Ally Juma my friend and a mother of 2 Handsome boys she has been admitted at Sterling Hospital in Gujirat in India, She is suffering from Cancer "Leukemia", the Dr's says she will have to stay six months for treatment and 25 days in Intensive care, all this cost money which she doesn't have now. She needs (7500 USD) for this treatment. KUTOA NI MOYO. I believe we can support her in any way Prayers and financial because she needs them both.
