Recently, a global supplier of automated storage solutions, Kardex Remstar, announced that its automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS or AS/RS) services are now available in the country, thanks to its partnership with the city-based Junaco (T) Company.

Junaco boasts itself for being one of the leading Tanzanian firms in the distribution of water treatment chemicals, basic industrial and agricultural chemicals, all types of water and flow meters, pipes, manhole covers, fittings and valves.

On the other hand, Kardex Remstar specializes in the development, manufacture, and refinement of dynamic storage and retrieval systems for a number of applications in the area of intra-logistics.
