Was there a contract to begin with? Consideration is an essential part of a contract. Now one of the parties (the employed) to the 'contract' here was foregoing or refusing consideration. Can any legal experts on your blog help us on this question Mr.Michuzi?
Dear Mr. Michuzi, There does not seem to have been any consideration in this employment contract if I have read this story right. One of the parties (the employed) was foregoing or refusing to receive consideration. Was there a valid or invalid, void or voidable contract here? Can you ask legal experts to shed light on this matter for the benefit of your readers. What is the consequence of an employed party in an employment contract foregoing or refusing consideration? Had the employed party voided the contract from the beginning by refusing to accept consideration?
Wajua wobongo wengi hua wanaelewa vile ambavyo habari au kichwa cha habari kilivyoandikwa.....hawataki kuumiza kichwa au kuielewa habari kwa upande wa pili......ivi mnadhani kweli kwa kutopokea kwake mshahara ndio iwe sababu tu ya kupigwa chini? Fikirini nje ya boksi , pia msisahau unyeti wa hiyo ofisi na hawa ni miongoni mwa waleeeee, waliotoka kuleeeee.....ambapo mpaka leo Mheshimiwa analaumiwa kwa kutokua na mwongozo.......wanaturudisha nyuma sana.
