ANNOUNCEMENT

NYTC is in the process of forming a Board of Trustees. If you, or someone you know, is interested and will be a good candidate, please do not hesitate to apply by sending your or their application and a short cover letter describing why you think you or they would be a good candidate to nytc.adhoc@gmail.com by SUNDAY July 18th

Applications will be reviewed by the independent committee and the appointees will be announced on Saturday July 23rd 2016

The desired candidates should have characteristics below; must be willing to be interviewed if requested; and must be able to provide references upon request. 

✔Have a Solid track record of high integrity and strong character. 

✔Have a generosity of spirit and willingness to help others grow and be successful 

✔A Recognized, seasoned leader

✔Be well-connected. 

✔Plays well with others.

✔Be willing to challenge things that don’t make sense

✔Be reliable and trustworthy. 

✔Good communicator

✔An active member of NYTC (Paid all their Yearly dues)

✔Be a law abiding Person

NYTC  iko katika mchakato wa kutengeneza Bodi ya Wadhamini. Kama wewe, au ujua mtu,  mwenye nia na atakuwa mgombea mzuri, tafadhali usisite kutuma  ombi lako au maombi yao na  barua fupi  kueleze kwa nini unafikiri  utakuwa mgombea mzuri kwa nytc.adhoc@gmail.com kabla ya Jumapili Julai 18 2016.

Wagombea wanaohitajika wanapaswa kuwa na sifa zilizoorodheshwa hapo chini; lazima  wawe tayari kwa Usaili  pindi wakitakiwa kufanya hivyo; na lazima wawe  na uwezo wa kutaja watu wa kuthibitisha sifa zao  (references) pindi watapotakiwa

✔Awe na ukarimu wa roho na nia ya kuwasaidia wengine kuendelea na kuwa na mafanikio

✔Ana tambuliwa kama kiongozi aliebobea kimaadili

✔Anashirikiana vizuri na wenzake.

✔Atoe changamoto katika mambo ambayo hayako makini/hayaeleweki
