                    1245 Goes Big at Four: Young Jonn Headlines 4PLAYS in Dar

After four years in business, 1245 Bar, Restaurant & Lounge is reflecting on what it means to create those experiences consistently, and on the wider contribution of hospitality and entertainment to the city.

This thinking is reflected in its upcoming programme, which connects Tanzanian talent with international entertainment while expanding the scale of the guest experience.

On Friday, 2 October, a Bongo Flava Night powered by Johnnie Walker will feature Harmonize, Nandy, Abby Chams and Ommy Dimpoz, putting homegrown music at the centre of the programme.

Later in the month, 1245 Outside will present 4PLAYS at Superdome Masaki on Saturday, 17 October, featuring Young Jonn and Ms DSF, with a South African dance troupe adding to the performance experience. The event marks the culmination of 1245’s fourth anniversary celebrations. The Alto White Party on Sunday, 18 October, celebrating its sister company, will round off the weekend.

The celebrations are supported by Don Julio, Heineken, Air Tanzania and Clouds Media, bringing beverage, transport and media partners into the programme.
