Helikopta iliyombaba JK (Kushoto) na ile ya wasaidizi wake ikikata anga kutoka Mugumu kuelekea utegi kuwahi mikutano ya kampeni jana jioni.
Mfuasi wa CCM katika jimbo la Rorya mkoani Mara, akishangilia hotuba ya JK alipokuwa anahutubia mkutano wa kampeni jimboni humo.
Ineffective Leadership and poor governance system to our Greater nation of Tanzania has cost us many implementation of development. Tanzania known as the Land of resources but our Central government failed us to put forward strategic management which will help their citizen to prosper to their resources we have in our Land.
ReplyDeleteI would like to talk about Government system we have in place right now is not working well to this 21st century.Our governance sytem still usind the 1977 laws. We need to overhaul our Government system which is not working and implement what is working in place. We need to change how the government work for the people, i will try to explain and suggest some changes which i believe will help in one way another to put light in this matter.
First, The Gov to be effective responsible to their Citizen Must have a separation of power between Ministers and Parliament because the system we have now Ministers hold both position so how this ministers they going to defend or be responsible to their contituents as the same time be answerable to the Gov? i hope all we agree they will defend the Gov to protect their interest to hold their seat, and we have many example happened to our country Ministers protecting their interest by defending the Gov.Thus why we need to reform our constitution of 1977 to improve our Gov effeciency to their citizen. One reason for separation of power is to improve effeciency and accountability in work.
Second, The president is the chairman of ruling party so u can ask yourself who's responsible to him?? there's Swahili word saying that " MGANGA HAJIGANGUI" the President is the one set policy for the party and his the one who set everything Gov does, so u Can see how how ineffective to manage leadership to citizen obviously there will be a Little challenge to put forward critical strategic development plan to our nation.
Third, District commission and Regional commission nominated by President this system have proved not effective this need to be changed DC and RC be voted by constituents which will be accountable to them not a President. Also we have many example to our country Dc and RC used their power ineffective to serve their constituents.For example, several times President transferring DC and RC to another location to improve effeciency which is not way to go.
The ruling party don't see urgent to change this policy because it works for them for their advantage but sadly to say not working to regular folks and by continuing with this system will not advance our country to economic prosperity just ending up for a few elite.
so folks i would like to invite anyone to join me in this discussion and find a effective way to help our greater nation of Tanzania to prosper. Every week i will post one agenda affecting Tanzania life to find a solution for the sake of our national development
