Kindly note that BOT has recently issued a circular  to commercial Banks that  requires clients to update particulars of their accounts.

The forms for updation of customers information can be found in CRDB Bank's website under resources centre (CLICK HERE). 


The dully filled forms can be mailed in a scanned format to customer-hotline@crdbbank.com or sent directly to respective branch before 14/03/2012.

  7. Hili ni jambo zuri hasa kwa watanzania waliopo nje ya nchi.Ila nina shida na tangazo limekuwa too simple kwa kitu nyeti kama hiki.

    Ukienda kwenye hiyo link, forms ni za kutafuta. Kuna forms nyingi za kudownload na ni rahisi mtu kuikosa inayotakiwa.

    Kwa mtizamo wangu ni kwamba, hao CRDB, wangespecify forms zinatazotakiwa kwa zoezi hili na kuzitenga au kuzi-highlight. Kisha wangeonyesha wazi form hii ni ya nani na hii si ya nani yaani individual, kampuni nk.

    Pia wanaweza kwenda mbele zaidi kwa kutoa ufafanuzi au elimu kwa wateja, je kama unamiliki kampuni, unajaza form zote au unaweza ukajaza form ya individual na kuinclude accounts zote ikiwemo ya kampuni na nyinginezo

    Pia inawezekana mtu asipate attachments zote, kwa mfano kitambulisho cha Taifa. Hatuna hivi. Sasa wangesema ni attachment zipi ni lazima ziwepo na zipi ni optional. Hii inanipa picha kwamba wamecopy na kupaste ili tangazo maana kwa mtanzania makini hawezi kumuuliza mwenzake kitambulisho cha Taifa, ila kadi ya mpiga kura sawa.

    Hili swala nililisikia mwanzo kwa rafiki yangu ambaye hafanyi kazi Bank yeyote lakini aliliongelea kwa ufasaha kuliko hata Bank yenyewe.Hii inareflect ufanyaji wa kazi wa Bank zetu, unafika pale foleni ndefu lakini teller ni mmoja. Hii dhana ya customer care na mteja ni mfalme haipo maeneo karibu yote ya biashara Tanzania. Tubadilike.

    Basi ni maoni hayo tu na lengo langu kuu ni kuboresha. Tuwe more informative kwenye maswala makini.

  8. huu ndio utandawazi na manufaa ya technolojia ya mawasiliano na habari. wametuwezesha na sie tulio nchi za nje kuhudumiwa. Bank zingine zinangoja nini kufanya hivi au kuiga mfano huu, maana sie wengine tuko mbali hatuwezi kukamilisha hilo swala.
