Mbona hatuwashangilii hao wanaobahatika kila siku kupata mishiko mikubwa ya ghafla baada ya kufanya yaliyo ya aibu pasi kujali mbele ya kamera zinazojihudhurisha zenye utando uitwao retina ambao ni sehemu ya mifumo ya fahamu ya Wanadamu? au ni kwa vile hao hajapata sponsor kama MNET n.k

Television viewers, anti-abuse activists and lawyers have condemned the airing of an episode of Big Brother Africa on M-Net on Saturday which showed acts of drunken debauchery and alleged non-consensual sex.
In the wake of the flighting of the programme, South Africans are asking just how far television broadcasters are prepared to go to boost viewership.
Saturday's antics may have laid both M-Net and Tanzanian contestant Richard Bezuidenhout open to charges of sexual assault or, alternatively, rape.
After 12 weeks, three contestants Nigeria's Offuneka Malokwu, Angolan "Tatiana" and Bezuidenhout are entering the home run as they vie for the $100 000 (R654 000) prize

While the programme is habitually controversial, Saturday's episode pushed the boundaries in a way many viewers found unacceptable on moral and ethical grounds.
Bezuidenhout, Malokwu, Tatiana and Ugandan Maureen Namatovu (who has since been voted off) were seen consuming copious amounts of alcohol.
Bezuidenhout then tried to strip one contestant before allegedly sexually assaulting Malokwu by inserting his fingers into her vagina. Malokwu appeared to be almost comatose during the alleged act.
While many viewers have voiced their disgust at what they witnessed, Bezuidenhout still seems to be the hot favourite to win the competition.
On the Big Brother Africa forum, a viewer's comment read: "I was quite disappointed that our beloved show was getting such bad publicity, even on the international scene, all because of this nuisance called Richard.
Well I don't blame him; I blame myself and people like me who have been voting to keep him in."
Viewers are also angry because their comments in the wake of Saturday's show were removed from the Big Brother Africa forum.
Asked why M-Net had edited its discussion forum to remove comments that accused Bezuidenhout of sexual assault, spokesman Joseph Hundah said: "This is a serious allegation and there is no proof of this (sic)."
Durban-based independent television producer Liza Aziz said Saturday's episode of Big Brother Africa exceeded the bounds of ethical broadcasting.
"The fact that the broadcaster provided the alcohol that initiated such behaviour is unacceptable, and the incident itself was immoral," she said.

What Richard did to his wife is totally unaccepted, fingering and probably having sex with women in the container while knowing he is married. Poor Ricki, my total sympathy!!! I am Tanzanian, but i feel soo sorry for this highest degree of humiliation by your own husband and infront of the world. Anyone who blames Ricki doenst know the pain and suffering she is going through and she has been well behaved all this time and controlled herself. Some people would have gone as far as committing suicide as some people have done that before, but she is a strong character.

In Tanzania, you can insult someone by calling him/her a dog (mbwa) while europeans love dog and never use that word as an insulting instrument. They use word pig. So she did what she is used to back home. Afterall she is from a different culture, and different countries use different phrases and method of showing frustration.
Calling someone pig is not nice, but one can you do if you are so hurt? Just imagine if your husband tells you that he hates you and loves a woman you infront of your family and friend, you will hope the earth to open up and swallow you alive. So what is all this rasism and discrimation coming from?
I am very disappointed by Richard and his family by trying to support him and use every chance to expose Rickis weaknesses. They are just illitrate money grabber trying to exagerate every small issue from Ricki and separate them desperately. They want to tell us that Ricki is guilty and all the blah blah blah, but she is innocent, infact Richard is the one who is to blame and cant controll his dick whenever he sees an attractive woman as he has shown us and Africa knows that.

It’s in one of our dailies (not on the net), so I will just pick up stuff here and there. They give some intro on how he met Ricki, and his siblings telling him things are not good back home with his wife etc. Then….
As far as Richard is concerned, his relationship with Tatiana is over. ”Tatiana has a boyfriend and I have a wife,” he says. But he maintains he meant every word he said to her. ”All those lines I used were just my way of telling her that she was beautiful. She is a wonderful person”. There was a lot of speculation revolving the nature of their relationship and whether they ever got intimate. ”Yes, we had s e x a few times,” he confesses.
Then he talks about Saturday (same story he gave during the conference/interview). Then says, I was very drunk. I would never have done any of that in my right mind (kissing paramedic etc). I am sorry for what happened that day.
He is determined to get his house in order and go back to school, focus on his career. ”I know I messed up.” He has one regret in all his time on Big brother. ”If I could go back in time, I would have quarreled less with Tatiana,” he says. That’s the one thing I would do different.

So which is the appropriate way to behave? Am sure that no one will be in a right track to answer this question.
Tanzanian and “gossip” that is what most of people do. A minor thing will be a buzz word with the endless discussion. Please stop binging irrelevant unconstructive criticism. There one philosopher who says that, ineffective thinking always blames and unveils weaknesses, predicaments and dilemmas. All of the negative guys prove this hypothesis.

Domestic issues have long historian with underground hidden things, the conflict between the couple might be ignited with something else than a Big Brother Contest, so stop quoting the contest as a catalyst for an apparent separation.
If you have decided to embark on development be ready to accept the price of it, one of it should be the drifting of taboo and traditions belief. It sounds unpleasant to read someone comment negatively on contemporary occasion. Please if you are very rational why you use computer and net, stay with your Stone Age era. Likewise could you use a sun to predict time!! We need to applaud.
I would advise the organisation which prepares this should design the theme to be more Africans rather than western as great part of Africa shares value, identity and customs, so as to rebuff the concept of nepotism due to neo-colonialism.
