How do you manage to have a paypal account in Uganda and able to use that money? I know anyone can set a paypal account but there is no way you can transfer that money into your bank if you live in Africa. Most of the countries in Africa can only send money by withdrawing from their bank account but Nigeria, Ghana and few more cannot even use it.......

And with this site is a scam.....google and see what people are saying about it...some people say they have see the money in their paypal account and the next day the money is gone...so you better be careful with the people who can take the money from your account without any permission ...They might take even the money you have in there which is yours....and those who claimed have been paid ...they don't even have the proof of the money so they might be the scammers promote their site.....

Mdau kuwa makini na unachosema.. hakikisha ushazitoa pesa na umezitumia bila matata ndio uwaconnect watu.. sio tu umeona paypal ac yako ina hela ambazo hujui zitatoka lini na zimetoka wapi ukaanza kutangaza utajiri.
