Wala si shingo feni hiyo. Si unaona wamekaa standby kutuliza ghasia iwapo hao mabinti watafanya vurugu. Hizo mbinu tumefundishwa jeshini ati. Unajifanya km humwoni adui vile huku ukimtizama ki-design.

ReplyDeletendugu, you completely got the picture out of context. the security alertness of the personel is focused in the direction of the on coming motorcade carrying the country's political leadership.
ReplyDeleteand it had nothing to do with those scantly dressed "little school" who were trying to get a better spot or roadside location in order to wwave at their national leader and maybe take better pictures.
by the way, i agree with all the others who commented about there being "nothing at all" that could have caused a "whip-lash" or "sudden-neck-turn" among the ranks and file of those dedicated security officers on duty at that particular moment.
let me not comment any further least i be considered a pervert or one with a twisted mind to lust after little primary school kids, if this scene was based in tanzania or any other east african nation.
