Dear friends, brothers and sisters,
It is my great pleasure to reach you through this email.
I wish to share with you the idea of establishing the Database for
Alumni of Karagwe Secondary school, abbreviate Karaseco Alumni. With
the database, we will be able to create a forum for information
sharing, knowledge sharing and keep ourselves update on the global
opportunities. The prospect forum will often organise social events,
publish newsletters or magazines, and raise funds for the specific
public interest, and make strong impact. Most importantly, forum will
support new alumni, and provide a venue to form new friendships and
business relationships.
I am ready to volunteer to compile data for developing a database, at
this initial stage. However, I need your full name, year attended
Karaseco, current position/professional/occupation/ and organisation
along your contact address.
Example:
Name: Philbert S. Nyinondi
Attended Karaseco: 1995-1998
Current position: Assistant Lecturer
Professional: Bio-informatics
Organisation: Sokoine University of Agriculture
Address: P. O. Box 3022 Morogoro, Tanzania.
Cell: +255 716 536079
Email: pnyinondi@suanet.ac.tz
PS: On 28 March 2010, there will be a fundraising for the
establishment of Karagwe University. I argue those who are interested
to become part of the that historical event, to visit Karagwe
university webpage:

University for Karagwe? Good news. But angalieni isiwe kama University of Bukoba? Make akina Teddy Malyamkono walienda kwa malingo wakaianzisha sasa iko wapi.
ReplyDeleteNa hao ELCT hiyo Karaseco wameshindwa kuimarisha High School yao, leo ndo wataweza Univerisity? Kwanza basi imarisheni hiyo Kara seco acheni ndoto za mchana Begumisa
Assistant lecturer? no wonder why our education quality is on its knees. You guys aren't serious, are you? knowing this was going to be in a public domain, a keen person would have spent a little more time to atleast edit. Your idea is spot on though, and all the best.
ReplyDeleteYou seem to have a problem with the writer's status than the point he's trying to present. Good intentions are always destroyed with haters like you. I would have said shame on you but people like you are never ashamed of themselves.
DeletePointless!
ReplyDeleteIt's a good idea but why don't you create a site that people will have the option to fill those information by themselves?
ReplyDeleteSome people treasure their privacy so much and would love to have the contol of those details and able to delete them as they wish.
Sending all the information out to you is like a suicide to some people....
I once joined one of those reunion sites and within a week or so I had to remove all the info I put there. I received so many emails and the bad thing I was receiving emails from people who were too way ahead or behind of me. And after a certain period of time there is not much in common anyway.....
This is great!! It shows that Tanzania is woking-up! I suggest this should be more practically than orally n a challenge to other orgarisations! I LIKE IT!!! Karagwe also use this oportunity for educating more people.
