*We have added another direct line to our customer support and call center besides the existing 2237480. This line is 0777 476 666. Both lines will operate between Mondays - Fridays between 8:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m and 8:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m on Saturdays.
*After office hours and during public holidays our customer support shall be available on our emergency line on 0777 477 777 as below:
*Monday - Friday: Between 6:00a.m to 8:00 a.m in the morning and again between 5:00 p.m and Midnight (12:00 p.m)
*Saturdays: Between 6:00a.m to 8:00 a.m in the morning and again between 1:00 p.m and Midnight (12:00 p.m)
*Sundays and all Public holidays: Between 6:00a.m and Midnight (12:00 p.m)
We have added the above facilities in the bid to ensure that our clients can now enjoy much better support from us when they face any problems with our services.

ZANLINK has indeed provided the best support to its clients. They operated efficiently even during the 3 months power problems in Zanzibar and provided most efficient services.
ReplyDeleteIn fact they had set up a hot spot center in their offices from morning untill midnight and invited its customers who did not have Internet service due to power problems to come and use services at its center!!

Internet service za ZANLINK zinasifika sana. Mimi ni mmoja kati ya wateja wao na siku zote wanatufurahisha kwa service zao. Wanaongoza zenji lazima tukubali na Pemba pia wapo. Wanastahili watanue service zao kwenda bara sasa wakatoe ushindani kwa kampuni za huko - jamaa watatia akili...

Ikiwa kama Kampuni zitasikiliza wateja kama zanlink basi kila siku zitapata ongezeko la wateja.... hii inaitwa customer service --
