This year the ‘All African Festival’ will take place on the 4th July 2010. The event, which is the largest and most successful gathering of people of African descent in Diaspora (North America) holds at the Eliza Howell Park ( 23698 Fenkell road Detroit Michigan 48223) from 11 a.m to 11 p.m.

The Festival is celebrated every 4th of July to commemorate American independence and to showcase the rich African and Caribbean cultural heritage – artifacts, live music, free food, and Health promotions. This celebration is organized by the United African Community organization (UACO) in collaboration with African and Caribbean National Organizations.
