    mtu ni afya, mnakanyaga hadi hapo kwenye minofu ya samaki na hayo mayeboyebo yenu yanakanyaga hadi maji ya vinyesi bararani, then mnakujalisha watu uchafu hata kwa rungu nisingenunua samaki kwa staili hiyo, full kinyaa mambo mengine si ya kujifunza ni uelewa tu, kuwa hiki ni chakula cha binadamu hakipaswi kuandaliwa kwenye mazingira hatarishi namna hiyo alah!!

    Hata miye nimejiuliza huyo samaki kwanini awe ghali hivyo? Hapa ninapoishi naona samaki ni ghali lakini hata yule ambaye ni delicacy ndio wanaanzia $9.99 a pound wengine wote utakuta ni $3.99 per pound... Yaani hapo ni appox. nusu pound kwa 10,000 tshs.

    Mimi kwa mtazamo wangu sidhani kama samaki huyo ameuzwa kwa shs. 1.5million ni uongo mtupu. kwa hiyo kilo moja inabidi iuzwe kwa shs. 15,000/= na zaidi ndo mchuuzi arudishe hela yake na faida. Tangu nizaliwe sijasikia kila moja ya samaki inafikia shs 10,000/=. Nadhani aliyeandika kakosea kuandika ni shs 150,000/= na sio 1,500,000/=

    Hakuna cha kushangaza hapo,chakula kama samaki kuwekwa chini ni Utamaduni wetu tuliorithi kwa Nyerere.Kwani ukienda Kigoma utakuta Dagaaa limeanikwa chini miaka yote ni hivo. Ukitaka ule Dagaa bila kutafuna mchanga Ununuwe Dagaa linalotoka Burundi. Wenzetu kule hawaaniki chini wagiriki wamewafundisha namna ya kuanika.

    Ni soko gani tanzania linalofata health and safety rules? Soko gani tanzania liko safi kiasi kuweza kupewa certificate ya kuweza kufata health and safety?

    Msijidai bure kwa kuwa tu leo mko nje ya nchi na kudharau mlikotoka. Masoko yetu haya ndio yaliyokulisheni na kukuzeni mpaka mkawa wakubwa na kwenda nje ya nchi.

    Nyumbani huyo samaki anakaangwa kiuhakika na ni fresh ametoka baharini wala hatakaa ktk freezer kama huko mlipo kwenye health and safety paranoia.

    Mdau wa Maeneo TZ, kama hujui bora uliza. Kwanza "sushi" sio ""sishu". Na sushi sio samaki mbichi ila ni wali kama tonge moja ambao unawekwa mboga ndani ya tonge, au salmon au mayai ya salmon, vipande vya pweza na kadhalika.

    Pili, usafi ni muhimu kwa afya duniani kote. Unadhani kwa nini watoto wetu wanaumwa zaidi kuliko watoto wa nchi za kitajiri? Sababu moja wapo ni uchafu katika jamii yetu. Ndio Marekani na Ulaya wana maeneo mengi ambayo yanatisha kimazingira lakini wana maji safi na vyakula vyao visafi katika kila kona ya nchi hata katika ghetto zao. Kulaa samaki aliokatwa barabarani ni ujinga na inasaidia kuleta madhara kwa jamii yetu na wadau kama wewe ndio wanaosababisha maisha yetu kuwa mafupi. Wewe uishio Bongo utakufa ndani ya miaka 50 uwe tajiri au masikini lakini mimi niishio ulaya nitaishi miaka 80 kirahisi kutokana na tiba bora na usafi wa mazingira. Kazi kwako.

    Sushi-grade fish, available at specialty stores and fish vendors, must meet certain aesthetic and health requirements. According to New Hampshire's WMUR television station, fish that is suitable for eating raw must be frozen for seven days at negative 4 degrees Fahrenheit, or flash frozen for 15 hours at negative 31 degrees.
    Contrary to popular belief, fish that's "fresh out of the ocean" is often dangerous to eat. This abstract of a recently archived New York Times article revealed some helpful facts:


    Fifty to sixty percent of sushi in United States is frozen at some point.
    The Food and Drug Administration stipulates that all fish to be eaten raw (with the exception of tuna) must be frozen first, in order to kill parasites.
    The FDA leaves enforcement of the frozen-fish rule to local health officials.

    Health Risks of Sushi:
    sushi is not free from health risks, but these risks are minimized with proper preparation and service. Some large fish, such as tuna (especially bluefin), can harbor high levels of mercury. This is due to the tuna's position at the top of the food chain (among sea creatures). Thus, tuna can lead to mercury poisoning when consumed in quantity.[20]

    Parasite infection by raw fish is rare in the modern world (fewer than 40 cases per year in the U.S.),[21] and involves mainly three kinds of parasites: Clonorchis sinensis (a trematode/fluke), Anisakis (a nematode/roundworm) and Diphyllobothrium (a cestode/tapeworm).[21] Infection risk of anisakis is particularly higher in fish which may live in a river such as salmon (shake) in Salmonidae, and mackerel (saba). Such parasite infections can generally be avoided by boiling, burning, preserving in salt or vinegar, or freezing overnight.

    For the above reasons, the EU regulation No 853/2004[22] forbids the use of fresh raw fish; it has to be frozen at a temperature of not more than -20 °C in all parts of the product for not less than 24 hours.

    Nyie mmezaliwa Tanzania gani? Ninani ambae hajwahi kunjwa maji ambayo hayajachemshwa hapa nyumbani msijifanye mmekulia mbinguni. Huyo samaki akienda nyumbani mama atamkalia kwenye kigoda ni atwekwa viungo safi sana atakuwa kitoweo safi hata kama ukiambiwa alikatiwa kwenye juu ya septic tank hutajuwa kwa huo utamu. Asante kwa Mvuvi maana familia nyingi zimepata mboga siku ya leo.

    Hamna sijui kupika wala nini. Sisi Japani tu nakula samaki wabichi, maharage yaliooza (Natto), steak iliolowekwa na damu mbichi na bado tunadunda. Japan watu wanakula kila kitu pamoja na pweza wabichi na dolphin na nyangumi. Pia kuna farasi wabichi hapa pia.

    Angalia sasa Wajepu wanavyoishi miaka mingi. Asilimia 20 ni zaidi ya miaka 65 na wanategemea kuishi miaka 87. Sasa sijui mercury na mambo mengine mtajua nyunyi wasomi, lakini hapa tunakula kila kitu na kiti moto ndio nyumbani kabisa. Kuna mdau wa Kiislamu kaanza kutapika ovyo tulipompeleka madukani kununua chakula.

    Usafi wa mazingira na tiba bora ndio sababu sisi tunaweza kula chakula kibichi bila ya kuumwa tumbo. Nyinyi mtakula kuku na chipsi lakini utakuta mafuta yanayotumika ni machafu. Kutembea kunafungua macho na macho yangu yameshazoea dunia ya kwanza, Bongo ni vekesheni tu sasa.
