We often wonder how other countries, include African countries like Rwanda, have been able to transform themselves from poor to developed. In Tanzania, we have Vision 2025, which is a bold statement of Tanzania's desire to transform herself from rags to riches by year 2025. The question remains, however, if Tanzanians can achieve that dream. There have been policy and structural changes, particularly in the microeconomic arena that have been made. Nevertheless, the speed at which transformation is taking place and the outcome of such reforms have left some wondering whether Vision 2025 will be attained.
As cultural transformation is a key element of progress, the show will focus on the cultural aspect, particularly on how Tanzania we have today is just a reflection of Tanzanians' own mindset.
Our guest will be Modesta Mahiga, who is young business leader in Tanzania.

Work is what we have considered for years: your boss tells you to do something, you do it, and get paid. That means most people would stop working if they stop getting paid. We can define work as physical or mental effort or activity directed toward the production or accomplishment of something. This definition should set the motive.
Many people complain that things don't work out for them. Check your motive, but also, “you must work it”. You can not continue to be lazy and expect that somehow you will be successful. The word of God puts it very straight, “ if you don't want to work you shouldn't even eat”. You have dreams, visions, goals and/or plans. You must work hard and smart to make things happen.
