When Skylink Travel & Tours approached ACM Ltd to start the process for certification to ISO9001: 2008 they were asked what would be the main benefits that a Travel agency could expect from the implementation and certification to International Standards.
Skylink Travel & Tours have been in business for almost 20 years now and have always believed in leading the industry with regards to customer satisfaction, service and Quality and that ISO9001: 2008 provides the best bench mark and international recognition of these measures.
Skylink Travels & Tours have always believed in continual improvement of its processes and that ISO9001: 2008 provides a perfect match for modeling its Management processes.
On the selection of its registrar Skylink Travel & Tours not only wanted an international accredited certification but also wanted a locally experienced company that could provide the service that they wanted such as flexibility and technical support. They have chosen ACM Ltd who are accredited by UKAS and have a local office in Dar es Salaam.
It is now with great pleasure that I present this International certification to ISO9001: 2008 to the team of dedicated staff that have made it possible to achieve and maintain their Quality Management Systems at Skylink Travel & Tours Ltd.
