President Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete addresses the stakeholders of the East African Railway Development during the first 2-day meeting on the infrastructure held at Movenpick hotel in Dar es salaam. The President told the stakeholders from Rwanda, Burundi and DRC that it was time to put words and plans into action.The forum titled Dar es Salaam-Isaka/Keza-gitega-Musongati Railways Project
