Hon. Susan Lyimo, Member of Parliament Special Seat and Shadow Minister, President's Office Management and Public Service with Dr. Ilya Levin, Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy Dar es Salaam. Ms. Lyimo is participating in a three week exchange program on "Women in Leadership" from March 6 -26, 2011 in the United States. The program is part of the prestigious International Visitor Leadership program sponsored by the American people through the U.S. Department of State.
