Media for Development International-Tanzania (MFDI-Tanzania) in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Center for Communication Programs (JHU/CCP) are holding a two-week workshop to lay the foundations for the first season of a television series MFDI are producing for the USAID funded Tanzania Capacity and Communication Project (TCCP).
The workshop, which opened today at the MFDI-Tanzania offices at Msasani in Dars es salaam, involves a selection of Tanzania’s most creative talent working in television, music, film, theatre and publishing to help MFDI-Tanzania come up with dynamic and entertaining TV series, that will be addressing some of the most pressing public health challenges facing Tanzania today.
