INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TANZANIA MARKETING COMMUNICATION CONFERENCE - TMCC 2011

The Tanzanian Marketing Communication Conference Series is holding its annual conference in Dar Es Salaam on 24^th June 2011. The theme of this year’s meeting is “Tanzania’s Social-Economic Challenges and Prospects; the Inevitable Role of Marketing Communications“. Discussions will focus on how marketing communications will help alleviate the challenges we currently face and strengthen our resolve to evolve a functional and viable economy for Tanzania.

We see a strong need for an opportunity like this for professionals in Marketing Communication to meet regularly to rub minds on topical issues relating to social-economic development of our nation. We have designed this year’s conference in such a way that relevant topics are discussed and contributions taken from participants so that it’s a two way communication. At the end of each discussion, we will come up with actions points which each participant will take with him or her and apply in their little ways to foster the growth of our economy. This conference is a ‘must attend’ for every professional in the marketing communication industry.

The President of the United Republic of Tanzania, His Excellency Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete is expected to be the special guest of honour for this year’s conference and the Chairman of the occasion will be Ali Mufuruki, the Chairman of CEO Roundtable of Tanzania.

The conference will be held at Kilimanjaro Kempinski Hotel on 24^th June, 2011. Registration and Get Together Cocktail Party will be done in the evening of 23^rd June, 2011.

We expect an attendance of between 150 to 200 professionals (CEOs, Marketing / PR/ Communication and Media Experts) from all fields and spanning across the Government, private and non-profit organizations.

Participation fee for this year’s conference is TZS 200,000/=, which will cover:-

1. A Get Together Cocktail Party in the evening of 23^rd June, 2011 (where registration will also be done and speeches from our collaborators),
2. A full day conference package on 24^th June, 2011,
3. A Closing Cocktail Party at the end of the conference (where Certificates of Attendance will be presented to the participants),
4. To make the event more enjoyable and fun, we expect to have some raffle draws whereby winners will walk away with amazing prizes.

 Please confirm your attendance by paying your participation fee before or by 10^th June, 2011. Space is limited and would be given on a first come first serve basis.

Cheque payments to be addressed to East African Unique Co. Ltd and cash payment to be deposited at Exim Bank (T) Ltd, A/C No. 0301649005 or contact any of the undersigned who will arrange to collect the cash from your place. Invitation card will be given/sent to you upon receiving of your payment.
