Dear Tanzanians and Friends of Tanzania:
This is the year we are celebrating 50 years of Independence. It is an honor to INVITE YOU ALL for a Thanksgiving Service and Prayer scheduled for November 12, 2011 from 6 pm to 10 pm Eastern Time, at Bethel World Outreach Church, 8242 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
The main purpose of this important event is to come together in unity to thank God Almighty for the peace in Tanzania and many other things that are unique to us. Brothers and sisters, we take a lot of things for granted. Looking at our country with all its faults and problems, still there is plenty to thank God for. May the Lord quicken your spirit for a desire to partake in this very important event for our country.
I believe when we take time to give thanks to the Almighty God, the Creator of our beautiful beloved nation and His people, and for what He has helped us to do, blessings will continue to flow.
Further information with regard to hotels and local logistics while in Maryland will be communicated to you by early next week. We’re currently working on securing hotels with special discounts for rooms with double or queen beds. Further updates on the Events Schedule and prayer points will also be posted on a website and we will pass the URL early next week once the website is updated. Confirmation of attendance will be encouraged via website and Facebook.
