    Multi-Choice Tanzania..tafadhali boresheni huduma hasa kwa customer service yenu si nzuri. You can at least prodive a good training to your staff so that they know how to handle customers...Even ongezeni hata incentives...basi.....Kampuni yenu ni kubwa sana hapa Tanzania..lakini huduma inawaangusha..how many customers subscribe everyday.!!!?.... you have a long way to...go...Baraka As the Operation Manager you should look into this...
