The issue is not securing more funds, but how to manage those funds and acheive the set objectives.
ReplyDeleteIt's a wastage of tax payers money to fly all the way to USA, begging for USD 30 million while more than 1/5th of the budget is embazzled. Let's stop politics and tackle the issues objectively.
By the way, Africa will never develop by depending on foreign aid.
I urge all the concerned stakeholders to read a book by Dambisa Moyo; Dead Aid..it's really eye opening

Hakuna cha bure si hizi, hizo nchi G8 zina matatizo chungu mzima na hao viongozi karibu wote hawatakuwepo mwakani, wameanza na Ufaransa,bado Germany etc etc Kila la heri Bongo kama mnategemea G8 iwakomboe.
ReplyDeleteDude start counting money even before being given,start spending in his head,wat a shame kuomba kutaisha lini? Tutumie kodi za gold,diamond,gas to pay for our projects instead of beggings aid from donors which comes with strings attached.
ReplyDeleteHuo Mpango ni mzuri kweli mkuu, Lakini implementation yake sasa inahitaji maombi ya mchungaji Lwakatare, maana 50 years of independent vijini bado shule ni za ajabu ajabu tu, Wakulima wetu ndio usiseme.

ReplyDeleteInawezekana ila bidii na seriousness vinatakiwa. Tanzania tumekuwa na mipango mizuri sana lakini ubabaishaji huchukua asilimia 80 vitendo 20.
