Dear Alumni of SRSS,
We have great pleasure to inform you all that our School, Shaaban Robert Secondary School is completing its 50 years.
This School has given us a lot in terms of education and memories that we all cherish. It is still giving the same service, a good education at the most affordable fees.
The School has called up on all the Alumni for support.
We, as Alumni, can at least participate in the Charity walk and assist to raise fund for various projects/activities being planned to celebrate 50 years and be part of this big event.
The Former President of the United Republic of Tanzania, His Excellency, Mr. Ali Hassan Mwinyi has agreed to be the Chief Guest and walk along the route from SRSS to Slipway to support.
There are various other sponsorships being sought. The details of which you can get it from the School  or any member from the Team of Golden Jubilee Celebrations (GJC).
You are also welcome to be part of this Team.
Please visit the School and meet Ms Bhaloo or Mrs Shanker and collect your Walkers' Cards. Much as it is prefered that you pick up the Walkers' Cards from the school so that you can get a first hand info of all the activities lined up for the D-Day ie the 50th Birthday and the developments the School has done since you left the School.
You may also visit the School website:
Please forward this information to all the friends for supporting this event.
