University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Center for Virtual Learning(CVL) is
organizing a 5 days training to equip participants with the skills, knowledge
and techniques for designing and developing good websites without even being
experts by using Open Source Content Management System (CMS) called Joomla! CMS

is an award-winning CMS, which enables people to build Websites, as well as Web

- SMEs and small businesses who wish to cut down the
