I really do hope we are not going to get these CCM, Chadema etc crap branches in Australia. I just don't comprehend the whole purpose of these branches. Are they going to formulate any policies or programs for UK or USA. I joined the Labour party in Australia beause I live here and my contribution to policy development will be beneficial to my kids and grandkids in Australia.
Tanzania if full of Phd holders, everyday I open a paper it is either a Prof so and so or a Dr so and so - so how on earth do we have a shortage of skills.

There is difference between having an Education qualification i.e PHD and having work experience. Having a PHD doesn't make someone automatically become an expert in their field without work experience. As an experienced recruiter,We tended to put aside Phd holder applications because we seek experience over academic performance.most PhD holders go straight into Ph.D. study from undergraduate/master degree with little or no practical experience. PhD should be completed out of deep interest and curiosity to seek advance and extensive knowledge about a particular subject and find solution to a problem rather than just aiming for doctoral status or particulars to be a lecturer. Also, Starting a Ph.D. with no commercial awareness is like building a house with no architectural plan and finishing a PhD with no prior industrial experience or commercial awareness can be likened to having a gun with no bullet.So what sefue is looking for is beyond certification, he is looking for expertise
Gosh i pray the same would never happen in Singapore since the U.k is filled with clowns fighting for parties eti CCM mara Chadema what a crap,,,, this is when i see the importance of having a good education system
