ReplyDeleteHii ni hatari, wadau wa zege sijui watakula wapi baada ya miaka 10.
ReplyDeleteYummy? The advanced world is busy discouraging such food because of obesity and its accompanying diseases.
ReplyDeleteGovernments around the world are even thinking of levying taxes on fattening foods/drinks like fried chicken and fizzy drinks to discourage their consumption and hence reduce the burden they impose on health services and needs by the diseases these cause. Have you noticed Coca Cola have just launched the low calory 'Zero'? More health conscious brands are This is a likely to continue being launched by other fizzy drink makers. Sasa katika mazingira haya wewe unafurahia kwa kusema "yummy" to calory laden foods that are likely to cause an increase in high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes patients in our population!!!!!
Mdau 04:54:00 I share your IRE but don`t share your passion. It is about freedom of choice, same as sigara, pombe, kutofanya mazoezi etc, people chose an unhealthy life style, hufungwi kamba ukavutwa ili ukale KFT, unakwenda mwenyewe kwa hiyari yako, but let us be honest, the kukus as KFC are yummy-FACT, anything in excess is dangerous, if one can afford KFC once in three months that is OK, sometimes it is not just bad food, but how much bad food with sedentary life style that counts. If you go and drinkl 3 litres of water now, you will almost get water intoxication and possibly die if not treated, and that is our dear WATER.

ReplyDeleteFortunately healthy eating in Tanzania is so cheap compared to unhealthy eating. Unfortunately in Tanzania it is wealthy and elites who are running for unhealthy choices. It is a matter of choice anyway...!!!!!!!
