Activities geared up towards the start of today's Global 2013. Briefings were held throughout the day with Dialogue Resource Group Members and their Tanzanian counterparts. One of the highlights of the day's events was a much anticipated reunion of Smart 29'ers from eight countries including Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia among others. Today there will be a live webcast covering the opening ceremony of the Global 2013 Smart Partnership Dialogue, at 17:00 EAT. We are looking forward to welcoming Smart Partners across the globe to the Dialogue, both in person and virtually.
